very nice. i personally eat one to two bananas's ( i forgot the plural form.) and a creatine shake an hour before practice. my stomach tends to act up so i have to be careful. afterwards proteinshale and plenty of water.
i will say this. i get off work at 6 am and trying to go train at 1130 am on my days off ssucks hard. nothing worse than getting off work eating and then having to train. almost makes me hate bjj on those days lol.
Im a slave to the wheel that is karmic life. Some point I am getting off this ride.

I don't use to eat the food before class.
I just use to drink the fresh juices and Banana shake in my routine life and really help me to make my stomach free from the diseases.

I normally stick to a small amount of fruit/juice before training, don't really like to have things slopping around when im rolling.
Protein and carbs about 30-40 mins after.
