Does anyone know any good leg exercises that help improve explosiveness for takedowns? I really love good double leg and want to work out my legs more for them. Thank you all.

tire fights are pretty good.. just put a large tire up on end and shove it to your partner, then they shove it back. lets you absorb and explode back. the idea is to cause your partner to let it drop, but you don't have to go all "Hulk" at first. Put that with some tire flips and some interval sprints.. you should be spear tackling Zeus in a few weeks. Hope that helps a little
Box jumps and BJJ burpees
Short sprints help too.
