Spirulina is a great food source. It is very high in many vitamins and minerals, high in protein and fiber, and is packed with chlorophyll (a powerful antioxidant). Per weight it is one of the most dense forms of plant protein you can buy. Highly recommended, I use chlorella instead, but they are pretty similar check out my blog post on seaweed here.
