My academy is having the Mendes brothers for a seminar again. Really excited. 2 days of learning from 2 of the best in the world.
Day 1 was great. Worked alot of different leg drags from different positions with the gi. Guys are amazing. Watching them roll effortlessly against guys who are very good and doing all the moves they showed us against them is awesome. You know whats coming but yet still cant stop it. If you can ever get to a seminar with these guys dont pass it up. Today we do no-gi. Cant wait.
Day 2 was just as good as day 1. Ricardo Almeida actually showed up to attend. Lots of good moves. Now I just gotta keep drilling them.
