Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on aftercare when caught in a trachea choke or after drilling trachea chokes?

Sometimes the next day it can be painful swallowing or very uncomfortable wearing a tie for work. I thought about apply ice after but I get the impression that it would not be that benifical in this instance.

Any tips?
