I usually train 4-5 times a week for at least 2 hours a day and I wanna know how much I could improve in a span of 5 years and I'm 14. My hopes are to get good, then add some striking and get into the UFC and become a champion. This is a real dream for 2 years now. How much can I improve in BJJ in 5 years?
You can improve a lot: train hard, get in as much mat time as you can (which at 14 is probably going to be a lot, as you won't have any major responsibilities for a few years yet) and focus on improving your technique rather than 'winning' or 'losing'. Above all, be consistent: the most essential part of improving in BJJ is to keep turning up.
Further thoughts here.
Becoming an MMA champion shouldnt even cross your mind. Try to think more about becoming a fighter first. Just focus on learning the art or you wont enjoy it and youll get impatient. As for your training, 4-5 times a week seems a little excessive. If you like it keep it up, but youll probably get burned out pretty fast.
