I have to say it wasn't that bad of a fight, but I'm really surprised that he (Chris) didn't take him down all those times he has double underhooks. My wife was getting angry because of me shouting "take him down". At least during the waning seconds of the second round he should have at least attempted a takedown just for the points.

I could see the muscles on her back firing like mad. She was sore as hell the next day after it wore off. The more Ideal with the old adrenaline surge the better I get at dealing with it. Before fights it would really mess with me. Anyone see this week's TUF? Chris (Brock's boy) was shaking badly at the stare down and I know it wasn't because of nerves.

    Anybody agree?
Yeah, I saw his fisted up hand start shaking near the end of the staredown. It seemed like a long stare down too. He definitely seemed a little amped up for the fight. adrenaline dumps are mostly a reflex action and unless you experience them often its hard to control. I think Chris Kope has only had 5 fights and is mostly a part time fighter. his grappling is rudimentary at best, you could tell he seemed lost sometimes during his fight like he was thinking about what to do next. The human body can get used to anything though. Its like getting shot at, the first few times the adrenaline is crazy, however after the first few times you don't get hit and you don't die it just becomes another thing you get used to. Same thing with the excitement before a fight, you get used to it. Also, mental toughness has a big role to play in how quickly and thoroughly you can calm yourself.

Yeah, that's a great quote. I first heard it in the United States Marine Corps. I never forgot it either because A LOT of weakness left my body! LOL

    Hi Eldee,
I hope you are eating right with exercising.
I have experienced shaking while exercising when I switched to heavy weights.
I was advised to take proper nutrition and proteins to meet my body requirements.

After reading this thread, I am still having a hard time making my own decision on what is the best protein shake. Of course everybody has their own opinion on what's best and what works better but at the end of the day, does it come down to only a matter personal opinion??
