Shaking as in the tension is hard to hold? This is normal. The only way to get rid of it is to do it more often.

I trained with a guy who would shake constantly every time he rolled. I cant remember what it was that caused it, but it reminded me of parkinson's disease although he would only shake when he was doing exercises/activities. Your situation sounds more like weak muscles. No offense meant, we all start out without enough strength and that is why we get sore when we after a good workout. As your muscles get stronger, you will shake less. Also, make sure you drink plenty of water before and maybe try to take a protein shake an hour before.

Yeah, could be you are just not used to this type of physical exertion. I'm in pretty good shape and even now after a really intense session and lots of adrenaline my fingers will shake. You will just need to train and push past your limits to get your body used to those high levels of stress. just wait till you grip and hold so hard that your limbs feel like lead and your hands wont seem to respond to your commands to open back up LOL! its all part of the process. Just remember that pain is weakness leaving the body!

Shaking is completely normal. When you first start you get it really bad because you're trying to think of what to do. After time it's just because you push to the limit.

Like Rufio said, after just about every sparring or tournament match I shake like a leaf. I blame adrenaline. I took my wife to the casino last weekend and I came back to her at the slots after a bit of poker and she had won around $1,300. She was very excited and shaking. I could see the muscles on her back firing like mad. She was sore as hell the next day after it wore off. The more Ideal with the old adrenaline surge the better I get at dealing with it. Before fights it would really mess with me. Anyone see this week's TUF? Chris (Brock's boy) was shaking badly at the stare down and I know it wasn't because of nerves.

    Anybody agree?

I heard someone say he was shaking during that stare down but I missed it when I first watched it. Now that you mention it, I am going to have to go and watch it again.
