LOL, I guess Dana White will finally get to see Fedor in the UFC. Lots of the people in Strikeforce are fighters that have been released by the UFC so I dont understand this buyout decision. Maybe they just wanted the broadcasting deals... Also, Dana white said Paul Daley would not fight in the UFC ever again, so what does this mean for Paul Daley???
Here is another site with information:

Scott Coker will remain in charge of Strikeforce. They will remain separate brands. Strikeforce will continue to run "business as usual". All Strikeforce contracts remain in place.
I think this is good for the fan since more of the top talent will be under the Zuffa umbrella. Even though they plan to keep Strikeforce separate, that's what the said about WEC and we all know where that is now. At the very least I expect we'll see some crossover for occassional superfights or grudge matches.
For the fighters though, this is bad news since there's one less major company to bid up the price for their services.
I am very amazed to know that.
Just wondering the changes that will happen.
UFC is Growing one side and on the other side the Strikeforce is not getting so much popularity so its interesting to watch what they do now.
