Yeah I trust his judgement (since I was our only student instructor for the longest time even though I thought some other could have done it). The thing that got me though was when he promoted our 7 new blue belts last week, he said you will stay at blue belt the longest. It's only been a year and I'm half way to purple. I had my green belt in the kid's class for over 3 years.

our line of gyms is 6 month min for stripes, & thats just a min if your not ready your not ready..............
