    favorite belt brand

everyone has their favorite gi, does anybody have any opinions on who makes the best belts? does anybody own more than one belt of the same color? i own four gis but just have one blue belt. since i am progressing at a slow rate, i may consider getting another belt for longevity and hygiene...haha

    i wash my belt btw.

I have a fuji belt and it is ok. It has held up great, but it always comes untied. I have heard the HCK belts are rough, but stay tied londer then most belts because of it so when I get promoted I think I will try one of those belts.

I like the atama belts. I don't currently have one, but one of the purple belts gave me his old one to use until I got mine. I like that it's wider than normal. It's more comfortable to me.

i wear a koral and it stays on pretty good.... otm belts seem to be thick too... which i think would help keeping them on.... GB belts are thin and flimsy.....

WAR is by far one of best belts made. when i got my black belt i got one. they break in beautifully, they look very rustic. (which i love in a belt).
i also own a Koral in black and it too is a very great belt. it broke in nicely, the only thing i am worried about is the fact that it is starting to wear a little quicker then i would like. both belts stay tied very well. i can roll for 30-40 minutes before needing to even think about adjusting my belt. either way. i would recomment talking to your instructor first. occasionally we get good deals on equipment. if that doesn't work. then go to fightersmarket.com . they are usually fairly priced and carry most equipment you could want for rollin

I like the Koral belt the thickness is good and does not come untied like the Fuji that i had before.
Don't wish for it to be easier. Wish for you to be better.

Kaatarro apparently makes incredible belts. i just do not have the money or the need for a belt that expensive. ive owned fugi belts before and never again will i.
