    Thinking bout Muay Thai

    So our school is going to start implementing Muay Thai pretty soon i think, im pretty interested in it.
    any tips?

    hmmm....well for starters dont pull guard when they try and clinch you, they dont like that much in class

    Bro i love it,the best advice i can give is conditioning. Thats fitness AND ensuring that ur shins,elbows etc are used to the knocks. It can stop being fun pretty quick if you have a bone bruise in ur shin for weeks on end and have to check with it But it is a beautiful art and does complement BJJ well
