we dont do this at the gym anymore, but for wrestling cardio, you have to train like youre rolling. make sure its not just running or something. do sprawl drills, penetration steps, some jogging, anything that gives a full body workout all at once. if not, it takes about 10 times longer to increase cardio.

body weight exercise/jogging, basketball. try to keep cardio outside the gym fresh however possible with sports etc.

Well i'm a kid and the only way we get around, like to each others houses, or to plat football, or to any sport, is by biking. Also, I run up and down my stairs about 50 times a day. So thats like running up 50 flights and down 50 flights of stairs.

The simple answer is Crossfit. You can follow the WOD's at crossfit.com.

I'm working on a BJJ specific workout program too. I should have something in the next couple of months.
