Okay, i am working on a new plugin where you get scored for the things you do on the forum

1 point - post
5 points - referral
etc
so on so forth

anyways, after you guys redeem a certain number of points, you can trade them in for gift cards, shorts gloves, blah blah.

this will be a for sure thing
