Contest Ideas?

I really like this idea, Ive heard similiar stuff on the radio, although its usually like a 10,000 prize to the winner.

Well if someone want's to put up $10,000 I don't mind winning it

How about everyone do something to promote The Board and send in evidence of what they did eg. photos, video, court records and/or taped news reports of crazy man scaling skyscraper wearing nothing but a BJJBoard.com Cape and Kay can judge the most "creative" or effective promoting?

This is kind of a cool idea.. though I muist for sake of the board..

An I dea that I thought of for a video contest.. How about an instructional video contest. Do a little instrunctional Video of one of your favorite moves. keep it belt level appropiate. and the best produced video which also make the move understandable you know a video people would actually refer to because well it makes sense. it will help promote the sport, provide instruction and well we can also use them to help promote the site by say turning them all into the BJJBoard instructional series. The catch is.. YOU have to be the one demonstrating in the video. You can use others maybe your instructor or something to be your partner and such

Something that I got done at work today which may make a cool contest idea.. A self promotion video roughly about 2-3 minutes in length.. do something like an interview or training montage type thing showing yourself off.. we got some thing going on between me and another dude at work who is a straighter wrestler.. so were each making a promotion video and our co workers are going to vote on who is more likely to win based upon the videos..

I doubt he would actually step into the ring.. he does not train even no where as much as I do.. and sadly... mine has been spotty at best as of late.. I would be willing too even just for an exhibition purposes headgear and all.. just for the fun of it.. Once the videos are done I am going to post them for all to see.. I will say it will be a touch campy almost a cross between a WWE interview and an actual fight promotion video..
