I think 100-120$ is pretty average..I pay 79$ a month but I know our gym raised their prices to 99$ for new students. Thats unlimited training.

I pay $125/mo for unlimited training, access to boxing training, muay tai, kickboxing, ginastica etc. It is a full service MMA training center, also has weights and machines, we are in Palm Beach County Florida.

I think it really depends on where the school is located. How many students there are. And like alot of reply threads before mine is the teacher really there to teach or just make a buck? I believe that if the school produces winners like world champions in differnt styles like judo, mma, boxing, bjj, what ever then that school is well worth paying $100.00 or more a month because they have instuctors that are showing what they are teaching works in a tournament or on a street where there isnt a ref to stop the fight. So what I feel is that if you are looking for a gym you should first see if they are producing winners out of it I know on a personal level I wouldnt wanna join any gym that doesnt produce winners for my doller.

i pay $99 for three classes a week which includes a gym membership. I think thats reasonable and they're adding more class times soon without changing the price so it'd be 5 classes a week for $99 and im in the Washington DC area.

    4) operating expenses. (rent, utilities insurance etc.)

I agree where you are at matters and the quality of instruction. I am a high believer in you get what you pay for.

Depending on my schedule for the week, i can go out there at least 5 times a week. And a train with world champions. lol. Hes also wrestling coach for Rampage and Michael “the Count” Bisping. 90 bucks is CHEAP! lol

I pay 20 pounds a session for one on one tuition with a purple belt. we also have group classes with a black belt and purple belt at 6 pounds a class. Compared to most places round here that is excellent price wise and the tuition is great and the club atmosphere is very welcoming and non threatening.
