Now this man is a living legend.You would be hard pressed to find a man with more heart than Coture.I hope his son does as well as he has in his career.
Huge fan of Randy Couture! His training and diet are also impressive since I think he would surprise a lot of people the way he eats and trains. His views on diet have helped me see the light on PH balance and how it can help your training and cardio! I would take 1 tenth of his greco skills and be happy, LOL. I cant say enough good things about Mr. Couture!
