can anyone help me? i can't get the logo to show up using 'configure link list' on blogger.....

To use the logo, you're going to "add a gadget" and then insert a picture gadget.

Leave the title and caption blank, and for Link, put in where you want the picture to link to.

hey Steve, is it easy to link your blogger to your own url? i'm thinking of getting a url and hosting it on the free webspace my internet provider supplies.

better yet, do you have any good websites for info on how to make websites... or what are the good software around to make your own, i use OSX

Adobe Dreamweaver + Adobe Photshop should do the trick. Although these are extremely expensive for professional use.
