This stuff is supposed to have natural agents and a chemical called Benzalkonium chloride that kill bacteria, fungus, and viruses. Either way. I use it every day since I train almost every day. It doesn't dry my skin out. I pass around the foaming stuff after class. I figure if I help keep my partners safe I'll be safe too.
I figure as long as you are using something it's better than nothing.

Check out their website. It may have the answers you're looking for.

ABC needs to log back in to weigh in on this.

    Hey guys-

Our products are water based, not alcohol. I don't want to cut and paste a whole document, but check out this link http://www.athleticbodycare.com/inde...122&Itemid=102

Our active ingredient is Benzalkonium (ben-zal-coney-um) chloride, or BAC. This is a salt (not a chemical like Triclosan) that has been used for over 60 years to safely sanitize in hospitals and doctors offices.
This ingredient in FDA Approved and recognized (unlike essential oils).

We are athletes too, so these products were created knowing what is best for us. The top trainers, athletes, and teams in the country use and trust them.

Thank you for the interest and support!

I don't work for them at all. I found this stuff a little while back and I like it. I'm super paranoid about catching something. If I use something that might help others out then I'm happy to offer my $.02 Now, if they offered to say, send me some free stuff, I would totally accept
